Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- onion salt - 1 onion
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- squash - 3 c
- small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- bread crumbs to make casserole thick - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook and drain squash and onion. Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
