Seafood macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- cooked crab meat - 1 lb
- cooked shell macaroni - 6 c
- chopped raw cauliflower - 2 c
- sliced celery - 2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- chopped sweet pickles - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- boiled eggs, chopped - 6 item
- capers, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise as needed - 1 item
How to make seafood macaroni salad:
Cut large size shrimp into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve on salad greens. Garnish with tomato wedges. Serves 12 to 15.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Side dish.
