Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 5 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 5 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- steak - 3 lb
How to make creole:
Chop steak into thin 2-inch long strips. Fry steak in grease until browned. Drain grease. Place steak in deep fryer or large frying pan. (No grease.) Peel and slice potatoes. Place them on top of the steak. Peel, slice and tear apart onions. Place on top of potatoes, slice carrots and place on top of onions. Pour 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can water over top (more water may be needed). Cover. Let cook on medium heat for approximately 2 hours.
