  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • celery salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • mayo - 1 c
  • chopped bell peppers - 3 Tbsp
  • water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 8 oz
  • thawed cut leaf spinach, well drained - 3 c

How to make creamy spinach dip:

In medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayo and seasonings. Stir in chopped onions, spinach, chopped water chestnuts and red peppers. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with crisp or assorted crackers. Makes 3 1/2 cups dip.
