Creamy pralines
Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- pecans - 2 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
How to make creamy pralines:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and cook over medium heat until soft ball stage. Stir constantly. Cool slightly. Beat until mixture starts to thicken. Drop candy rapidly from spoon onto greased wax paper to form patties. If candy comes out too hard or too soft, place back in pan, add a little water and recook.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
