Creamy clam chowder
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- light cream - 2 c
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- cans undrained chopped clams - 2 1/2
- cooked potato, diced - 1 item
How to make creamy clam chowder:
Saute onion until tender. Add in flour, then pepper, wine, potato and clams. Cook until thickens. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add cream. Return to heat. Be careful not to boil.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Clams.
