  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 3 c
  • thinly sliced carrots - 2 c
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp

How to make creamy broccoli soup:

Saute onion in butter. Add flour; stir in milk and chicken broth and bring to boil. Add the chicken soup, broccoli and carrots. Salt and pepper to taste. (It is easier to precook carrots in microwave so they will be tender earlier.) Add 1 can of crabmeat, if desired.
