Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- milk or cream - 1/3 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- dried onion flakes - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dried basil - 1/4 tsp
- dried thyme - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Combine first 8 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add broccoli, milk, cheese and margarine.
