- garnish with shredded low-fat cheese - 1 item
How to make light cream of broccoli soup:
Combine first 8 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add broccoli and next 3 ingredients. Cook until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated. Garnish each serve with 1/2 teaspoon shredded cheese.
