Cream puffs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1/2 c
- instant pudding any flavor
How to make cream puffs:
In a medium saucepan, put water and butter over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Then add flour, mixing well. Put mixture in a bowl. Beat in 1 egg at a time, mixing well in between each egg. Grease cookie sheet and drop puffs by teaspoon. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.Filling: Make pudding according to directions. Then add Cool Whip. Mix well. When puffs have cooled, cut off top of puffs and fill with mixture.
Puff Alternative: Make larger puffs. When cooled, cut off top of puffs. Fill with your favorite ice cream and top with chocolate sauce.
