- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 lb
- sifted cake flour - 3 c
- vanilla or lemon flavoring - 2 tsp
How to make cream cheese pound cake:
Combine butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar; continue beating until light. Add 1 egg at a time; beat well after each egg. Add flour, a little at a time. Beat well after each time. Add vanilla; mix well. Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Place into a cold oven. Set temperature at 325°; bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until done. Cool 15 to 20 minutes before removing from pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
