  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • vanilla or lemon extract
  • sticks butter or margarine, softened - 2 item

How to make cream cheese pound cake:

Cream butter or margarine with cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour, vanilla or lemon extract and salt; mix well. Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan, pour cake mix out into pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Let set in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
