Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 3 c
- sticks oleo - 3 item
How to make cream cheese pound cake:
Cream oleo, vanilla and cream cheese. Add 2 eggs and beat until fluffy. Add flour and remaining eggs alternately, beating well after each addition. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan. (I spray my pan with Pam instead and it does a good job.) Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Test with a cake tester or toothpick. Cool and remove from pan.This is really good served with a lemon sauce or fresh berries and ice cream.
