  • confectioners sugar
  • fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • grated lemon peel - 1/2 tsp

How to make cream cheese frosting:

In a small bowl, combine ingredients. Beat at low speed to mix; then at high speed to blend smoothly. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
