Ingredients/Components

  • crawfish tails, chopped - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • stick melted butter - 1 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Tony Chachere seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • jalapeno, minced - 1 item
  • bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item

How to make crawfish cornbread:

Spray baking dish with Pam. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
