Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- cornbread mix - 1 pkg
- green and red bell peppers, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top before the last 15 minutes of baking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
