- sugar - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2/3 c
- baking powder
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Crisco
How to make hardee's biscuits:
Don't let touch in pan. Sift together all dry ingredients. Dough will be soft; use flour on hands, rolling pin and tabletop. Lightly roll dough and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 425° until done. Makes 12 to 14.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
