Cranberry relish



  • bag fresh cranberries - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple, unsweetened - 1 item
  • sugar approximately to taste - 1 c
  • oranges, pulp and juice - 2 item

How to make cranberry relish:

Grind cranberries. Remove pulp and juice of oranges. Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1-quart. Keeps 1 to 2 weeks refrigerated.
