  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • oats - 1 c
  • sliced fruit - 5 6
  • butter, cut in pats - 1/2 c

How to make fruit crisp:

Place sliced fruit in 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Combine flour, oats, cinnamon and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until crumbs are golden brown and fruit is tender when pierced with knife.
