- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- granulated sugar - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- large eggs - 2 item
- orange juice - 2 Tbsp
- unsalted butter - 1/2 c
- orange peel - 1/2 tsp
- fresh, dried or thawed frozen cranberries - 1/2 c
How to make cranberry orange scones:
Baking Temperature: 400°. Baking Time: 20 to 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly butter a 10-inch diameter circle on a baking sheet. Combine cranberries and 2 tablespoons sugar, unless using dried cranberries. Let stand for 5 minuteRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Scones.
