- sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- orange juice
- grated orange rind - 1 Tbsp
- chopped fresh cranberries - 1 c
- prepared biscuit mix - 3 c
How to make cranberry orange bread:
Combine sugar, egg, orange juice, orange rind and biscuit mix. Beat hard about 30 seconds. The dough will be lumpy. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350°. Test for doneness with a toothpick. Remove from pan. Cool before slicing.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Healthy.
