Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
- melted butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped fresh cranberries - 1 c
How to make cranberry muffins:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat eggs; then add melted butter and milk to them. Combine egg mixture with dry ingredients; stir in rind and berries. Fill well-greased muffin tins about 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
