Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- Bisquick - 2 c
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- raw cranberries - 3/4 c
- confectioner sugar - 1/2 c
How to make cranberry muffins:
Blend first 4 ingredients. Mix the cranberries and confectioner sugar and let stand 1/2 hour. Then fold into muffin batter. Fill 12 well greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
