- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 item
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- nuts - 1 item
- beaten egg - 1 item
- cranberries - 1 item
- liquid - 1 orange
- flour unsifted - 2 c
How to make cranberry loaf:
Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Add sugar, orange rind, liquid, oil and beaten egg. Mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Yields 1 loaf.Recipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Quick breads.
