Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 item
How to make cranberry coffee cake:
Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients except cranberry sauce and nuts. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Pour in half of batter, add half of cranberries and half of nuts. Add remaining batter, top with remaining cranberry sauce and nuts. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
