Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 3/4 c
- hot coffee - 1 c
How to make moist chocolate cake:
Sift together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, coffee and milk. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla; beat 2 more minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans (or two 8-inch cake pans). Bake at 325°Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
