Chocolate oatmeal chippers
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- oatmeal - 2 c
- sticks margarine, softened - 2 item
- milk chocolate morsels - 2 c
How to make chocolate oatmeal chippers:
Heat oven to 350°. Beat margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add combined flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes, until set. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack.
