Crabmeat dip
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 and
- hot water - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can crabmeat - 1 item
- tomato soup - 1 c
- can small shrimp - 1 item
- lemon gelatin - 1 pkg
- grated onion to taste - 1 item
How to make crabmeat dip:
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Beat together the soup, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add the gelatin water. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into one large or two small molds. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or cut up vegetables.Note: I prefer to use less than the entire can of tomato soup.
