Ingredients/Components
- crab meat or 4 small cans - 1 lb
- cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
- mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make crab spread:
Thoroughly mix everything but crab and cheese. Stir in crab meat and 1/2 of the cheese. Put in greased casserole dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. Top with remaining cheese and return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Spread on Ritz crackers to eat. Yields 25 to 35 appetizer servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Crab, Spreads.
