Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 t
- onion - 1/2 sm
- cream cheese, softened
- whole milk - 1 Tbsp
- garlic clove, pressed - 1 item
- tomato, seeded and chopped - 1 med
- fresh parsley, snipped, divided - 3/4 c
- bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1/2 sm
- flake of leg style imitation crab meat, coarsely chopped - 4 oz
How to make crab spread:
Chop onion and combine with garlic, cheese and milk, mix well. Spread cheese mixture over bottom of 8 inch pan. Coarsely chopped tomato and bell pepper. Finely snip parsley. Combine tomato, bell pepper, 2 T. parsley, lemon juice and salt. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Top with crabmeat. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Chill.
