Crab mousse
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- cold water - 1/4 c
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- drained crabmeat or 1/2 lb
How to make crab mousse:
Mix cream cheese and onion. Heat until warm. Add soup, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Take package of Knox gelatine and dissolve in water. Add to hot cream cheese and soup. Add crabmeat, mayonnaise and curry powder. Add 3 to 6 drops of red food coloring. Pour into oiled mold and let set.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Crab, Spreads.
