  • cream cheese - 2 (3
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • can crabmeat - 1 item
  • Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
  • crackers - 1 item
  • green onions include tops - 4 item
  • chopped pimiento to taste - 1 item

How to make crab mold:

This recipe is best when made the day before you plan to serve it. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Melt cheese with soup; add remaining ingredients except crackers. Pour into mold and let sit overnight. Unmold; serve with crackers.

Note: You may substitute shrimp for crab, if you prefer.
