Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 (3
- cold water - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can crabmeat - 1 item
- Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
- crackers - 1 item
- green onions include tops - 4 item
- chopped pimiento to taste - 1 item
How to make crab mold:
This recipe is best when made the day before you plan to serve it. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Melt cheese with soup; add remaining ingredients except crackers. Pour into mold and let sit overnight. Unmold; serve with crackers.Note: You may substitute shrimp for crab, if you prefer.
