- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- Add milk; heat until thick
How to make crab croquettes:
Add flour to melted butter. Add milk; heat until thick. Add salt and pepper.Second:5 slices bread1 lb. crabmeat bread crumbs Cut crusts off bread; cut into small cubes and put into sauce. Add the crabmeat; mix and set aside until cool. After cool, make into cakes; leave set until about 1 hour before meal time. Pat cakes into bread crumbs, then egg and milk, then crumbs again.
