Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- fresh crab meat - 1 lb
- bunch green onion - 1 item
- small bell pepper - 1 item
- stack saltine crackers - 1 item
- raw egg - 1 item
- pieces celery - 2 item
- pieces cloves garlic - 3 item
- McCormick seafood seasoning this is hot, so use with care
How to make crab casserole:
Chop and saute celery, onion, garlic and pepper in a small amount of oil. Put crackers in a bowl and cover them with water. When they are soaked, take them out and squeeze out as much water as you can. Mix together all ingredients and season to taste with salt and seafood seasoning.
