Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground meat - 2 lb
- Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- taco sauce - 4 oz
- can enchilada sauce - 10 oz
- bag Doritos - 8 oz
- Milnot canned milk - 1 c
How to make enchilada casserole:
Crush Doritos. Grate cheese. Brown ground meat; season with onion. Drain off grease. Heat together the soup, enchilada sauce, taco sauce and Milnot. Do not boil. Layer in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan the meat, then Doritos, then sauce, ending with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
