Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- chopped cooked turkey - 2 c
- chicken or turkey broth or water
How to make turkey-vegetable loaf:
Combine vegetables, stuffing mix and broth in large saucepan; add butter and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6 minutes. Add stuffing mix and stir just to moisten. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add turkey and eggs, mix well. Spoon into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
