Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1/2 c
  • soft butter - 3 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • medium stuffed olives - 24 item

How to make hot cheese puffs:

Preheat oven to 400°. Cream cheese and butter. Blend in flour, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and salt. Mold 1 tablespoon dough around each olive, covering olive completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Walnuts, pecans or cocktail frankfurters may be substituted for olives.
