- flour - 1 item
- water - 1 item
- oil - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- cube steaks - 1 item
How to make country fried steak:
Sprinkle steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dredge steak into flour and fry in hot oil. Set aside. Pour out excessive oil, add flour to remaining oil and stir until golden. Add equal amount of milk and water to make a thin gravy. Season to taste. Put meat in an ovenproof casserole.
