Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- corn flakes - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make cottage potatoes:
Thaw potatoes. Pour soup and sour cream (mixed together) over potatoes. Add other ingredients and mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Top with crumbled corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Note: Can be made the day before and kepRecipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
