Ingredients/Components

• salt and pepper - 1 item
• parsley - 1 item
• green pepper, chopped - 1 item
• large onion, chopped - 1 item
• Velveeta cheese, diced - 1/2 c
• small jar pimentos, chopped - 1 item
• butter or oleo, melted - 1/2 c
• milk to moisten - 1 c
• to 10 medium potatoes, cooked with skins, cooled, peeled and diced - 8 item

How to make cottage potatoes:

Mix all together. Bake for 1 hour at 325° with cover. Remove cover last 10 minutes.
