Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 Tbsp
- hot water - 1 c
- graham crackers - 20 item
- box Jell-O lime or lemon - 1 item
- can Milnot, chilled, or canned milk - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Put in refrigerator. Roll graham crackers to make crumbs. Add powdered sugar and melted butter and mix. Line a large baking dish with one-half of the cracker mixture. Put in refrigerator. Cream together cheese and sugar, then add vanilla and Jell-O mixture. Mix well. Pour into crumb-lined baking dish and top with remaining cracker mixture.
