Ingredients/Components
- bag Penn egg noodles - 1/2 item
- carton cottage or farmer cheese - 1/2 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- or 3 eggs - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
How to make cottage cheese casserole:
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and place in large bowl. Fry onion in margarine and add to the noodles. Add cheese, sour cream and sugar; mix well. Lastly, add beaten eggs and transfer to a casserole. Bake in a 350° oven for about 40Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Elbow macaroni.
