Cornbread dressing
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- melted margarine
- small apple, chopped - 1 item
- coarse cornbread crumbs - 2 c
- parsley - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- celery, chopped - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make cornbread dressing:
Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Yield: 6 (1/2 cup) servings.Recipe categories: Christmas, Side dish, Stuffings Dressings.
