Cornbread dressing

Ingredients/Components

• chopped onion - 3/4 c
• melted margarine
• small apple, chopped - 1 item
• coarse cornbread crumbs - 2 c
• parsley - 1/3 c
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• thyme - 1/8 tsp
• pepper - 1/8 tsp
• celery, chopped - 3/4 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make cornbread dressing:

Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Yield: 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
