Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- cooking oil - 1 item
- paprika - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 2
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 2 3
- onion powder - 2 3
- each, cut or 16 of your favorite pieces - 2 chickens
How to make sunday fried chicken:
Combine dry ingredients in plastic bag. In bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and shake off excess. Shake a few chicken pieces in the bag at a time, coating well. In the electric skillet, heat 1/4-inch oil to 350°; brown chicken on all sides, reduce heat to 275° and continue cooking for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
