Christmas snowballs
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- sifted powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- soft margarine - 1 c
- fine cut pecans - 3/4 c
How to make christmas snowballs:
Heat oven to 400°. Mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir flour, salt and nuts together. With hands, work in flour mixture until dough holds together. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set, but not brown. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again.
