Cornbread dressing

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• chopped celery - 1/2 c
• sage - 1 tsp
• chicken stock
• cornbread crumbs - 4 c
• loaf bread crumbs - 2 c

How to make cornbread dressing:

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a greased baking dish at 350° for 40 minutes. If recipe is doubled allow more baking time.

Note: I saute onions and celery until soft before adding to mixture.
