Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
How to make cornbread cake:
Mix all ingredients together with hand or mixer. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not overbake. When out of oven, cake will be soft.Recipe categories: Cakes, Breads, Quick breads.
