Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- curry powder - 1 Tbsp
- rosemary - 1/8 tsp
- chives - 3 Tbsp
- creamed corn - 2 lb
- shallots - 1 Tbsp
- Niblets corn - 1 lb
How to make corn soup:
Melt butter. Add curry, rosemary and shallots. Add all corn and half and half. Add chives. Simmer 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Soups & stews.
