Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 3/4
How to make corn soup:
Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan; set aside. Combine soup and milk, stirring until blended. Add soup mixture, corn, salt and pepper to onion mixture, stirring well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Yields 4 cups.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Soups & stews.
