Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- noodles - 1 item
- dried parsley - 1 item
- cube beef bouillon - 1 item
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
Saute onion in oleo. Add hamburger and brown. Drain. Add flour, soup, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add soup, bouillon and sour cream. Heat; sprinkle with parsley. Serve over noodles.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
